KEM and Environmental Rate Consultants (ERC) offers a team of engineers, accountants, financial consultants, planners, surveyors, and GIS/computer programmers with a track record of providing a legally defensible and proven approach for Stormwater Management Programs across Ohio. The KEM/ERC team was formed to help communities that lack funding to meet ever-increasing water quality regulations. Members of our team have experience assisting and working with over 50 communities to implement stormwater utilities, some of which have faced legal challenges that were later upheld in Ohio courts.
