The Omega Road Bridge replacement for the Huron County Engineer included replacement of a 107-year old, 80-foot pony truss over a branch of the Vermilion River with an 87-foot single span box beam bridge. The roadway was widened to accommodate two lanes across the new structure. KEM conducted monthly progress meetings, approved material submittals, coordinated material testing, and informed the County of project activities. In addition, KEM monitored subcontractor work efforts and documented compliance with the DBE requirements.
