For the Stoffer Road Bridge replacement KEM worked with the Richland County Engineer. This Local Let Project included the replacement of a 103-year old, 121-foot through truss over the Clear Fork-Mohican River with a 132-foot single span galvanized truss. The new truss is the largest in Richland County’s inventory. The roadway was widened to accommodate two lanes across the new structure. KEM conducted monthly progress meetings, approved material submittals, coordinated material testing, and informed the County of project activities. In addition, KEM monitored subcontractor work efforts and documented compliance with the DBE requirements.
