This roadway widening project included a new walking trail, turn lanes, resurfacing, and signal upgrades. The work was performed for the City of Mansfield following the LPA process. This area of Mansfield has been targeted for professional development and plays a critical role in Mansfield’s ability to realize growth in their medical services industry, including the VA and Children’s Hospital. KEM services included construction administration. inspection, and testing.
