Bascom Collection System & WWTP

KEM provided construction administration and inspection services for the installation of a new sanitary sewer collection system, multiple lift stations, and a new wasterwater treatment plant for the Hamlet of Bascom located in Seneca County. KEM conducted monthly progress meetings, approved material submittals, and approved pay requests for this USDA-funded project.
