Ackerman Nature Preserve
The Ackerman Nature Preserve, located in Fredericktown Ohio, is a popular destination for bird watchers and nature lovers in general. In all 165 total bird species have been recorded on the 52 acre property, which is home to a 22 acre pond and wetland area. Recently, a 600 foot elevated walkway complete with a covered bird blind has been constructed to allow visitors to have a more up-close view to the many bird species that inhabit the wetland area. KEM provided construction layout for this beautiful nature preserve.
