Holmes – County Trail Phase 5C1
KEM is currently delivering engineering and inspection services for a 4-mile section of the historic Holmes County Trail in Holmes County, Ohio. This project encompasses bridge rehabilitation, construction of new retaining walls, installation of culverts, and the application of a new asphalt surface.
Construction Inspection Services:
To ensure adherence to contract plans, specifications, and requirements, KEM conducts daily construction inspections. This includes maintaining detailed logs of project activities and verifying quantities placed. Additionally, KEM performs quality assurance testing to confirm compliance with the established specifications.
Administrative and Coordination Efforts:
KEM facilitates progress meetings, evaluates and approves material submittals, processes change orders, and prepares pay estimates for the Park District’s review and approval.
