City of Mansfield MS4 Program

KEM has been working on an extensive update to the City of Mansfield stormwater management program to help bring them into compliance with Ohio EPA’s MS4 permit. KEM developed the entire program, which included Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination, procedures, and initial dry weather screenings for all outfalls. In addition, KEM trained City staff to perform internal dry weather screenings and construction site inspections.
