City of Sandusky Stormwater Utility

KEM, in conjunction with Environmental Rate Consultants (ERC), was hired by the City of Sandusky to create a comprehensive stormwater utility program. The KEM/ERC team is in the process of developing the entire utility program, including business plan, level of service analysis, cost of service analysis, rate structure analysis, public education program, GIS database development, billing system database, and a credits program.
