Bellville Sidewalk Updates

KEM designed 1,500 feet of new sidewalk along the east side of SR 13 (S. Main St.) to connect Betty Drive to the existing sidewalk near Bellville Court Apartments on the south side of Bellville. The project also includes the installation of new driveway approaches, signing, markings, retaining wall, curb, curb ramps and drainage. This is a major safety improvement for Bellville residents. Currently, there is no connection for pedestrian travel along a very busy SR 13 from the existing Hamilton Hills and Urban Meadows subdivisions on the south side of the Village. The project is under construction with completion scheduled by the start of the Bellville World’s Fair in mid-September.
