Bellville Streetscape

This project involved the reconstruction of sidewalks, curbs, tree lawns, street lighting, handicap access ramps, countdown pedestrian signals, and drive approaches on both sides of Main Street. The scope of work included site survey, subsurface utility engineering, and construction plans containing roadway improvements, streetscape layout, signing and markings, maintenance of traffic, street lighting, permanent traffic control, and right-of-way plans.
