KEM was hired to conduct an evaluation of the existing Pheasant Run Sanitary Sewer System and produce a Preliminary Engineering Report to maintain compliance with “Findings & Orders” from the Ohio EPA. KEM provided a Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Survey (SSES) for the existing sanitary collection system. As part of the project, KEM conducted flow monitoring and CCTV of the sanitary system to determine areas in need of rehabilitation to reduce I/I. KEM utilized this information to develop a sanitary sewer rehabilitation recommendation of cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) for locations throughout their collection system.
