Bascom WWTP

The Seneca County Commissioners hired KEM to provide a solution to the environmental issues created by failing or inadequate septic systems discharging untreated, raw sewage to area ditches in Bascom, Ohio. KEM designed a wastewater treatment plant, sanitary sewers, pump station, and a force main to provide service to the population of this area, thereby, eliminating the environmental issues stemming from the failing septic systems.
