Bellville Resurfacing

Project Description: This project consists of asphalt resurfacing on N. Huron Street, Edmonton Road, and Dickerson Avenue within the Village of Bellville. The estimated cost of construction is $137,500. Separate sealed bids for the N. Huron Street, Edmonton Road, and Dickerson Avenue Resurfacing in Bellville, Ohio will be received by the Larry Weirich, at 142 Park Place, Bellville, Ohio 44813 until 10:30am, local time Monday, April 12, 2021, and then will be publicly opened and read aloud at said office.

Pursuant to CDC Covid-19 guidelines, contractors will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents. If you would prefer a hard copy be mailed, we will do so upon receipt of payment in the amount of $50.00 per set, along with your UPS or FedEx account number so that shipping charges can be applied to your account. Checks shall be made payable to K.E. McCartney & Associates, and all documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
