W. Durbin Circle & Greenbriar Drive Rehabilitation

Project Description: This project consists of resurfacing approximately 1,970 feet of W. Durbin Circle and 760 feet of Greenbriar Drive within the Village of Bellville. Work to include pavement planing, subbase and pavement repairs, resurfacing, and drainage improvements. The estimated cost of construction is $246,000. Separate sealed bids for the W. Durbin Circle and Greenbriar Drive Rehabilitation in Bellville, Ohio will be received by the Larry Weirich, at 142 Park Place, Bellville, Ohio 44813 until 10:30am, local time Monday, May 3, 2021, and then publicly opened and read aloud at said office.

Pursuant to CDC Covid-19 guidelines, contractors will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents. If you would prefer a hard copy be mailed, we will do so upon receipt of payment in the amount of $50.00 per set, along with your UPS or FedEx account number so that shipping charges can be applied to your account. Checks shall be made payable to K.E. McCartney & Associates, and all documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
