2021 Street Improvements

Project Description: This project consists of the pavement planing and resurfacing of approximately 1,025 feet of W. College Street, 1,115 feet of Mount Vernon Avenue, and 845 feet of Mill Street, including minor bridge improvements, in the Village of Fredericktown. The estimated cost of construction is $200,000. Separate sealed bids for the 2021 Street Improvements in the Village of Fredericktown, Ohio will be received by Bruce Snell, Village Administrator, at 2 E. Sandusky Street, Fredericktown, Ohio 43019 until 10:00am, local time Thursday, May 27, 2021, and then publicly opened and read aloud at said office.

Pursuant to CDC Covid-19 guidelines, contractors will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents. If you would prefer a hard copy be mailed, we will do so upon receipt of payment in the amount of $50.00 per set, along with your UPS or FedEx account number so that shipping charges can be applied to your account. Checks shall be made payable to K.E. McCartney & Associates, and all documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
