East Parking Lot Improvements

Project Description: This project consists of pavement resurfacing of approximately 1,790 SY of a parking lot in the Village of Fredericktown. The estimated cost of construction is $36,000. Separate sealed bids for the East Parking Lot Improvements in the Village of Fredericktown, Ohio will be received by Bruce Snell, Village Administrator, at 2 E. Sandusky Street, Fredericktown, Ohio 43019 until 10:15am, local time Thursday, May 27, 2021, and then publicly opened and read aloud at said office.

Pursuant to CDC Covid-19 guidelines, contractors will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents. If you would prefer a hard copy be mailed, we will do so upon receipt of payment in the amount of $50.00 per set, along with your UPS or FedEx account number so that shipping charges can be applied to your account. Checks shall be made payable to K.E. McCartney & Associates, and all documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
