Project Description: This project consists of installing a new decorative arch, including poles, foundations and lighting, spanning West Main Street in downtown Shelby.  The estimated cost of construction is $125,000. Separate sealed bids for Shelby Main Street Arch, Shelby, Ohio will be received by the office of the Director of Finance and Public Record, until 10:00 am, local time, on Friday, September 10, 2021, and then publicly opened and read aloud at said office by the Mayor as Director of Public Service.

Pursuant to CDC Covid-19 guidelines, contractors will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents. If you would prefer a hard copy be mailed, we will do so upon receipt of payment in the amount of $50.00 per set, along with your UPS or FedEx account number so that shipping charges can be applied to your account. Checks shall be made payable to K.E. McCartney & Associates, and all documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
