Bellville 2022 Street Improvement Project

Project Description: This project consists of asphalt resurfacing on Park Place Alley, Robert Place, Blue Jay Circle, and Hines Avenue within the Village of Bellville. The estimated cost of construction is $129,800. Separate sealed bids for the Bellville 2022 Street Improvement Project in Bellville, Ohio will be received by Larry Weirich, at 142 Park Place, Bellville, Ohio 44813 until 10:30am, local time, on Monday, March 21, 2022, and then, at said office, publicly opened and read aloud.

Pursuant to CDC Covid-19 guidelines, contractors will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents. If you would prefer a hard copy be mailed, we will do so upon receipt of payment in the amount of $50.00 per set, along with your UPS or FedEx account number so that shipping charges can be applied to your account. Checks shall be made payable to K.E. McCartney & Associates, and all documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
