Hayesville WTP Improvements

Project Description: This project includes demolition of the existing wells and WTP along with installation of two new potable water wells, approximately 800 LF of 4” raw water, 800 LF of 6” potable water, 830 LF of 8” sanitary lateral, site work, two new concrete clearwells, new packaged water treatment system and building, generator, electrical, and controls. The estimated cost of construction is $2,580,000. Separate sealed bids for Hayesville WTP Improvements, Vermillion Township, Ashland County, Ohio will be accepted by the Village of Hayesville in the Village Office at 5 Mechanic St, Hayesville, Ohio 44838 until 1:00 PM, local time, on Friday, June 3, 2022 and, at that time, will be opened and read aloud.

Pursuant to CDC Covid-19 guidelines, contractors will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents. If you would prefer a hard copy be mailed, we will do so upon receipt of payment in the amount of $50.00 per set, along with your UPS or FedEx account number so that shipping charges can be applied to your account. Checks shall be made payable to K.E. McCartney & Associates, and all documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
