Mr. Ken Carney

I have had the pleasure to serve as the Lorain County Engineer since 1989, and, over this time, I have not worked for a firm that care more about our projects than KEM. Their team of engineers, technicians, surveyors, and administrative staff takes communication to the next level, and I truly appreciate all the good work they’ve done for our county. That work has included everything from GIS mapping, stormwater management, water/wastewater and roadway design, to construction administration and inspection.
