Poorman Road Drainage Improvements

Project Description: The project consists of a new storm sewer system along Poorman Road and W. Durbin Ct. It includes 2,170 ft of storm sewer, 20 new drainage structures, 854 ft of new curb, and 167 sy of asphalt pavement replacement. The estimated cost of construction is $393,000.00. Separate sealed bids for the Poorman Road Drainage Improvements in the Village of Bellville, Ohio will be received by Larry Weirich, Village Administrator, at 142 Park Place, Bellville, Ohio 44813, until 10:00 AM, local time, Thursday, July 7, 2022, and then, at said office, publicly opened and read aloud.

Pursuant to CDC Covid-19 guidelines, contractors will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents. If you would prefer a hard copy be mailed, we will do so upon receipt of payment in the amount of $50.00 per set, along with your UPS or FedEx account number so that shipping charges can be applied to your account. Checks shall be made payable to K.E. McCartney & Associates, and all documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
