Lexington 2023 Resurfacing Program – REBID

Project Description: The project consists of asphalt resurfacing on Otterbein Drive, Sherwood Drive, Lutz Avenue, S.E. parking lot on square, Watson Place, and Cambridge Court within the Village of Lexington. The estimated cost of construction is $370,000. Separate sealed bids for the 2023 Resurfacing Program, Village of Lexington, Ohio will be received by the Village of Lexington, Ohio at the office of the Administrative Director at 44 West Main Street, Lexington, Ohio 44904, until 10:00 AM, local time, on Thursday, May 11, 2023, and, at that time, will be opened and read aloud.

Contractors may purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents. If you would prefer a hard copy be mailed, we will do so upon receipt of payment in the amount of $50.00 per set, along with your UPS or FedEx account number so that shipping charges can be applied to your account. Checks shall be made payable to K.E. McCartney & Associates, and all documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
