RIC-SR13-4.26: Bellville Sidewalks

Project Description: The project consists of constructing 1,500 feet of new sidewalk along the east side of SR 13 (S. Main St.) to connect Betty Drive to the existing sidewalk near Bellville Court Apartments on the south side of Bellville. The project also includes installing new driveway approaches, signing, marking, retaining wall, curb, curb ramps, and drainage. The estimated cost of construction is $794,100. Separate sealed bids for theRIC-SR13-4.26: Bellville Sidewalks in Bellville, Ohio will be received by Larry Weirich, at 142 Park Place, Bellville, Ohio 44813 until 10:00 AM, local time, on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, and, at that time, will be opened and read aloud.

Contractors may purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents. If you would prefer a hard copy be mailed, we will do so upon receipt of payment in the amount of $50.00 per set, along with your UPS or FedEx account number so that shipping charges can be applied to your account. Checks shall be made payable to K.E. McCartney & Associates, and all documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
