RIC-CR144-6.50: Ontario Sidewalks

Project Description: The project consists of constructing 450 feet of new sidewalk along the west side of Shelby Ontario Road (C.R. 144) starting at the intersection of Pearl St. and extending north to the existing walk at the school. The project also includes new curb and gutter, curb ramps, sidewalks, traffic control, and drainage improvements. The estimated cost of construction is $138,800. Separate sealed bids for the RIC-CR144-6.50: Ontario Sidewalks in Ontario, Ohio will be received by Kris Knapp, Service-Safety Director, at 555 Stumbo Road, Ontario, Ohio 44906 until 10:00 AM, local time, on Thursday, May 4, 2023, and, at that time, will be opened and read aloud.

Contractors may purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents. If you would prefer a hard copy be mailed, we will do so upon receipt of payment in the amount of $50.00 per set, along with your UPS or FedEx account number so that shipping charges can be applied to your account. Checks shall be made payable to K.E. McCartney & Associates, and all documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
