Sheffield Village – East 31st Street Resurfacing
Project Description: The project includes the resurfacing of approximately 0.3-miles of 4-lane roadway with two slip lanes (approximately 13,100 SY total) by means of 3” milling and 1.75” intermediate and 1.25” surface course asphalt layers. The project limits on East 31st Street are the Black River Bridge eastward to East River Road within the Village of Sheffield. The estimated cost of construction is $367,200. Separate sealed bids for the East 31st Street Resurfacing project will be received by Dennis Shawver, Village Administrator, at 4480 Colorado Avenue, Sheffield Village, Ohio 44054 until 10:00am, local time, on Thursday, August 31, 2023, and, at that time, will be opened and read aloud.
In order to be a plan holder of record and eligible to submit a bid, bidders will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents via the KEM website. All documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
