Sheffield Village – Gulf Road Resurfacing & Widening

Project Description: The project includes the resurfacing of approximately 950 feet of 2- to 3-lane roadway by means of 3” milling and 1.75” intermediate and 1.25” surface course asphalt layers with minor shoulder widening. The project limits on Gulf Road are the City of Elyria corporation limits northward to Detroit Road (SR 254) within the Village of Sheffield. The estimated cost of construction is $162,900. Separate sealed bids for the Gulf Road Resurfacing & Widening project will be received by Dennis Shawver, Village Administrator, at 4480 Colorado Avenue, Sheffield Village, Ohio 44054 until 10:00am, local time, on Thursday, August 31, 2023, and, at that time, will be opened and read aloud.

In order to be a plan holder of record and eligible to submit a bid, bidders will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents via the KEM website. All documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
