Lexington-Springmill Rd S Waterline Replacement

Project Description: The project includes the installation of 2,210 LF of 8- and 12-inch water main along with service lines. The estimated cost of construction is $907,000. Separate sealed bids for the South Lexington-Springmill Road Waterline Replacement project will be received by Kris Knapp, Service-Safety Director, at 555 Stumbo Road, Ontario, Ohio 44906 until 10:00am, local time, on Thursday, October 26, 2023, and, at that time, will be opened and read aloud.

In order to be a plan holder of record and eligible to submit a bid, bidders will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents via the KEM website. All documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
