Fall 2023 – KEM Welcomes New Employees
Kenton Garwood 
Kenton Garwood has recently joined the KEM team as Field Services Manager. Kenton brings over 20 years of experience in land and facilities management and has a Bachelor’s degree in Forestry and Wildlife Management from The Ohio State University. He is looking forward to taking on the challenge of running CCTV projects.
Kenton is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting and fishing. He has been a licensed hunting guide in Colorado and Wyoming and has worked restoring wildlife habitat in Ohio and South Dakota. Kenton also hosts the Learning 2 Hunt podcast and is currently remodeling his childhood home. We’re glad to have Kenton on board as part of the KEM team!
Tyler Luers 
Tyler Luers started with KEM this past July as a Project Inspector. He brings ten years of experience working in the construction industry. His time in construction has consisted of various levels of work ranging from laboring and operating heavy equipment to being a foreman on commercial projects.
While not at work he enjoys going to watch the kids’ sporting events with his wife, hunting, being on a lake, or anything that involves spending time with family. Tyler is a great addition to the KEM Construction Team! (Even though he is a Bengals fan.)
