State Route 95 Pump Station Rehabilitation
Project Description: This project includes demolition of the existing screw pumps and two (2) new 42” diameter influent open flight screw pumps and their appurtenances along with addition of new 36” influent gates, on-site generator with auto transfer switch. Replacement pumps shall include open screw pumps with upper and lower bearings assemblies, drive units, motors, anchors, electrical and control panels, and other appurtenances as specified or required for a complete installation. Bidder must demonstrate a minimum of one project in which they have completed with open flight screw pumps of similar size or larger than the project being proposed. The estimated cost of construction is $841,000. Separate sealed bids for State Route 95 Pump Station Rehabilitation, Marion Township, Marion County, Ohio will be accepted by the Marion County Commissioner’s Office, 222 West Center Street, Marion, Ohio 43302, until 9:15am on February 29, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Contractors will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents for listing on the bidder’s list. If you would prefer a hard copy be mailed, we will do so upon receipt of payment in the amount of $50.00 per set, along with your UPS or FedEx account number so that shipping charges can be applied to your account. Checks shall be made payable to K.E. McCartney & Associates, and all documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
