Project Description: This project consists of asphalt resurfacing on West Durbin Avenue and Poorman Road within the Village of Bellville. The estimated cost of construction is $189,100. Separate sealed bids for the Bellville 2024 Street Improvement Project in Bellville, Ohio will be received by Larry Weirich, at 142 Park Place, Bellville, Ohio 44813 until 10:30am, local time Thursday, April 4, 2024, and then, at said office, will be publicly opened and read aloud.
In order to be a plan holder of record and eligible to submit a bid, bidders will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents via the KEM website. All documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
