Project Description: This project consists of asphalt resurfacing on Sherwood Drive, Hampton Extension, Kent Road, Lakewood Road, and an alley off Maple Street within the Village of Lexington. The estimated cost of construction is $228,000. 2024 Resurfacing Program, Village of Lexington, Ohio will be received by the Village of Lexington, Ohio at the office of the Administrative Director at 44 West Main Street, Lexington, Ohio 44904 until 10:00am, local time, Thursday, April 18, 2024, and then, at said office, publicly opened and read aloud.

In order to be a plan holder of record and eligible to submit a bid, bidders will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents via the KEM website. All documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
