KEM Welcomes New Employees
Monica Hecht
KEM is pleased to welcome Monica Hecht to our team as Administrative Assistant. Monica brings over 30 years of experience in the accounting field, working in both the manufacturing and healthcare industries. Outside of work she enjoys hiking and crocheting. She kindly uses her crocheting skills to make blankets for Project Linus and hats and scarves for homeless outreach programs. Monica is a great addition to the KEM team, and we are excited to have her!
Mary Troupe
Mary Troupe has recently joined the KEM team full time as an Engineering Technician, after interning with us the past two years. Mary graduated from Ohio Northern University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. She is excited to develop a comprehensive understanding of transportation structural engineering. Mary is passionate about the outdoors, performing arts, and being a lifelong learner. She and her husband, Garrett, are always looking for the next outdoor adventure. Their past adventures include paddle boarding in the Atlantic Ocean, whitewater rafting in the Smokey Mountains, and most recently cliff jumping in Mexico. Mary loves the performing arts – she plays two instruments, flute and piano, and minored in dance while at ONU. She aims to read 60 books a year and has already read 30 books this year! Mary brings great energy and drive to the KEM team, and we are glad to have her on full time!
