Project Description: The project includes the installation of 2,663 LF of 8-inch & 628 LF of 10-inch cured-in-place pipe liner for sanitary sewer mains along with the lining of 27 6-inch diameter sanitary sewer service laterals consisting of approximately 1,629 LF of 6-inch sanitary lateral sewers. The estimated cost of construction is $300,000. Separate sealed bids for the Spring Village Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation in the City of Ontario, Ohio will be received by Adam Gongwer, Service-Safety Director, at 555 Stumbo Road, Ontario, Ohio 44906 until 10:00 AM, local time Thursday, October 24, 2024, and then, at said office, publicly opened and read aloud.

In order to be a plan holder of record and eligible to submit a bid, bidders will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents via the KEM website. All documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
