Village of Marengo Sanitary Sewer Improvements
Project Description: The Village of Marengo Sanitary Sewer Improvements Project includes installation of approximately 3,350 LF of 12” gravity sewer, 810 LF of 4” force main, 420 LF of 2” force main, two (2) prepackaged pump stations and of all related controls and electrical work. Pump stations shall include submersible pumps with base assemblies, guide rails, drive units, motors, anchors, electrical and control panels, and other appurtenances as specified or required for a complete installation. The estimated cost of construction is $1,672,000.00. Separate sealed bids for Village of Marengo Sanitary Sewer Improvements, Bennington Township, Morrow County, Ohio will be accepted by the Marengo Village Office, 4442 State Route 229, Marengo, Ohio 43334, until 7:00 PM on Wednesday, July 16th, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Please note: the Village Hall will not be staffed until the meeting begins. Contractors wishing to submit bids prior to the meeting must either mail or deliver them in advance to the secure lockbox located at the Village Hall.
In order to be a plan holder of record and eligible to submit a bid, bidders will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents via the KEM website. All documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
