Abbe Road and Colorado Avenue Sidepaths

Project Description: The Sheffield Village project includes the construction of approximately 8,330 square feet of 5-foot wide, 4-inch thick concrete sidepath on Colorado Avenue and 7,560 square feet of 5-foot wide, 4-inch thick concrete sidepath on Abbe Road. The estimated cost of construction is $320,000.  Separate sealed bids for the Abbe Road and Colorado Avenue Sidepaths project, Village of Sheffield, Ohio project will be received by Dennis Shawver, Village Administrator, at 4480 Colorado Avenue, Sheffield Village, Ohio 44054 until 10:00 AM, local time Thursday, August 28, 2025, and then, at said office, publicly opened and read aloud.

In order to be a plan holder of record and eligible to submit a bid, bidders will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents via the KEM website. All documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
