Berkeley Drive Pavement Reconstruction – Phase 1, 2025 OPWC Project
Project Description: The Sheffield Village OPWC project includes the reconstruction of 3,897 SY of 8” non-reinforced concrete pavement with 2,713 FT of 3-A curb and 543 SY of 6” non-reinforced concrete driveway aprons. Underdrains, casting adjustments, aggregate base, and restoration are also included with the project. Berkeley Drive is located in a residential subdivision. The estimated cost of construction is $668,850.00.
Separate sealed bids for the Berkeley Drive Pavement Reconstruction – Phase 1, 2025 OPWC Project, Village of Sheffield, Ohio project will be received by Dennis Shawver, Village Administrator, at 4480 Colorado Avenue, Sheffield Village, Ohio 44054 until 10:00 AM, local time Friday, October 10, 2025, and then, at said office, publicly opened and read aloud.
In order to be a plan holder of record and eligible to submit a bid, bidders will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents via the KEM website. All documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
