Village of Crestline – 2026 Clink Boulevard Lead Service Line Replacement
Project Description: The project includes the complete removal and replacement of approximately 24 outdated lead service lines with modern, lead-free alternatives for residents along Clink Boulevard. The estimated cost of construction is $158,000.00.
Separate sealed bids for the 2026 – Clink Boulevard Lead Service Line Replacement in the Village of Crestline, Ohio will be received by Corey Spackey, Village Administrator, at 100 North Seltzer Street, Crestline, Ohio 44827 until 12:00 PM (Noon), local time Tuesday February 17, 2026, and then, at said office, publicly opened and read aloud at 12:30 PM.
In order to be a plan holder of record and eligible to submit a bid, bidders will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents via the KEM website. All documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
