West Main Street Resurfacing in the Village of Crestline

Project Description: The project consists of 0.70 miles of asphalt planning with intermediate and surface course asphalt to follow. The project also consists of pavement markings and adjustment of valve boxes, catch basin and manholes. The estimated cost of the construction is $262,000.00.

Separate sealed bids for the West Main Street Resurfacing in the Village of Crestline, will be received by Corey Spackey, Village Administrator, at 100 North Seltzer Street, Crestline, Ohio 44827 until 12:00 PM (Noon), local time Wednesday, February 25, 2026, and then at said office, publicly opened and read aloud.

In order to be a plan holder of record and eligible to submit a bid, bidders will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents via the KEM website. All documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
