ODOT 611 Testing & Inspection

Typical ODOT 611 testing and repair procedures include:
- CCTV video inspection of the pipe to assess installation quality
- Identifying issues such as misaligned joints, cracks, or infiltration
- Grouting repairs using packers to seal defective joints
- Air testing of the pipe after repairs to confirm the joint is sealed
- Repeating tests until the installation passes
These steps help verify that pipe joints are tight and the installation will not fail over time.
