Project Description: The project consists of resurfacing various streets around the Village of Bellville. The total estimated construction cost is $183,000.00.

Separate sealed bids for the 2026 Street Improvement Project in Bellville, Ohio will be received by Michael Hoeflich, at 142 Park Place, Bellville, Ohio 44813 until 10:30am, local time Wednesday, April 8th, 2026, and then, at said office, publicly opened and read aloud.

In order to be a plan holder of record and eligible to submit a bid, bidders will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents via the KEM website by visiting kemccartney.com/project-bids/. All documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
