Pioneer Career & Technology Center – 2026 Resurfacing Program
Project Description: The project consists of resurfacing various parking lots at the Career Center and also adding a portion of new asphalt build-up. The total estimated construction cost is $329,000.00.
Separate sealed bids for the Pioneer Career & Technology Center 2026 Paving Program will be received by the Pioneer Career & Technology Center Board of Education, 27 Ryan Road, Shelby, Ohio in the office of the Board of Education until 3:00pm., April 13th, 2026, and then at said office, publicly opened and read aloud.
In order to be a plan holder of record and eligible to submit a bid, bidders will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents via the KEM website by visiting kemccartney.com/project-bids/. All documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
