Project Description:This project consists of asphalt resurfacing and repairs on Taylor Street and East College Street in the Village of Fredericktown, Ohio.  The project also includes replacing 4 curb ramps on East College Street. The estimated cost of construction is $245,000.

Separate sealed bids for 2025 OPWC Street Improvements, Village of Fredericktown, 2 E. Sandusky Street, Fredericktown, Ohio 43019, will be received by the office of Bruce Snell, Village Administrator, until 9:15 am, local time, on May 7, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

In order to be a plan holder of record and eligible to submit a bid, bidders will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents via the KEM website by visiting kemccartney.com/project-bids/. All documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
