Project Description: The 2026 City of Shelby Paving Project consists of pavement planing (13,814 SY), asphalt resurfacing (1,921 tons), 12 curb ramps, pavement markings, and other miscellaneous work items related to the project. The project is located on various streets within the City of Shelby. The estimated cost of the project is $379,995.
Separate sealed bids for the 2026 Paving Project, Shelby, OH will be received by the Director of Public Service of the City of Shelby, Ohio at the office of the Director of Finance and Public Records, Shelby City Hall, 43 West Main Street, Shelby, Ohio 44875, until 10:00 o’clock A.M.., local time, Friday, May 22, 2026.
In order to be a plan holder of record and eligible to submit a bid, bidders will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents via the KEM website by visiting kemccartney.com/project-bids/. All documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
