2023 Candlewood Lake Roadway Improvements

Project Description: The project consists of the resurfacing of ten sections of roadways within the Candlewood Lake Association Development, Mt. Gilead, Ohio. Work includes approximately 3,000 tons of asphalt along with incidental work. Separate sealed bids for the 2023 Candlewood Lake Roadway Improvements project to be delivered to David Ingegneri, General Manager, Candlewood Lake Association, Inc., 7326 St. Rt. 19, Unit 1507, Mt. Gilead, Ohio 43338 until 10:30am, local time, on Thursday, July 27, 2023, and, at that time, will be opened and read aloud. Work to be completed by October 20, 2023.

Contractors may purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents. If you would prefer a hard copy be mailed, we will do so upon receipt of payment in the amount of $50.00 per set, along with your UPS or FedEx account number so that shipping charges can be applied to your account. Checks shall be made payable to K.E. McCartney & Associates, and all documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
