Project Description: The project consists of asphalt resurfacing on East Durbin Avenue, Fry Road, and West Ogle Street within the Village of Bellville. The estimated cost of construction is $175,000.00. Separate sealed bids for Bellville 2023 Street Improvement Project in Bellville, Ohio will be received by Larry Weirich, at 142 Park Place, Bellville, Ohio 44813, until 10:30 AM, local time, on Monday, April 3, 2023, and, at that time, will be opened and read aloud.

Contractors may purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents. If you would prefer a hard copy be mailed, we will do so upon receipt of payment in the amount of $50.00 per set, along with your UPS or FedEx account number so that shipping charges can be applied to your account. Checks shall be made payable to K.E. McCartney & Associates, and all documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
