Bellville Palm Park Force Main

Project Description: The project includes the installation of a new packaged pre-cast restroom building, two new lift stations, electrical and controls, removal of an existing holding tank, approximately 1,550 LF of 2″ force main, 180 LF of 1″ water service line, new concrete, and site work. The estimated cost of construction is $241,290.00. Separate sealed bids for Bellville Palm Park Force Main, Jefferson Township, Richland County, Ohio will be received by the Village of Bellville, Ohio 44813, until 10:30 AM, local time, on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, and, at that time, will be opened and read aloud.

Contractors may purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents. If you would prefer a hard copy be mailed, we will do so upon receipt of payment in the amount of $50.00 per set, along with your UPS or FedEx account number so that shipping charges can be applied to your account. Checks shall be made payable to K.E. McCartney & Associates, and all documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
