City of Ontario: 2026 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation
Project Description:The project includes the installation of approximately 2,666 LF of 8-inch cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liner for sanitary sewer mains along with the CIPP lining and reinstatement of 22 sanitary sewer service laterals up to the right-of-way. The sanitary sewer service laterals consist of approximately 694 LF of 6-inch pipe. The estimated cost of construction is $280,125.00.
Separate sealed bids for the 2026 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation in the City of Ontario, Ohio will be received by Michael Morton, Service-Safety Director, at 555 Stumbo Road, Ontario, Ohio 44906 until 10:00 AM, local time Thursday June 25th, 2026, and then, at said office, publicly opened and read aloud.
In order to be a plan holder of record and eligible to submit a bid, bidders will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents via the KEM website by visiting kemccartney.com/project-bids/. All documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
