City of Ontario: Rock Road Lift Station Force Main Replacement – Phase 1
Project Description: The project includes the installation of approximately 5,800 LF of 12-inch force main from Rock Road to the State Route 309/Park Avenue split at which point the new force main will be tied back into the existing force main. The estimated cost of construction is $1,062,325.
Separate sealed bids for the Rock Road Lift Station Force Main Replacement – Phase 1 in the City of Ontario, Ohio will be received by Michael Morton, Service-Safety Director, at 555 Stumbo Road, Ontario, Ohio 44906 until 10:00 AM, local time Thursday September 10th, 2026, and then, at said office, publicly opened and read aloud.
In order to be a plan holder of record and eligible to submit a bid, bidders will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents via the KEM website by visiting kemccartney.com/project-bids/. All documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
