Fredericktown Sewer Separation Phase 9-11

Project Description: The project consists of combined sewer separation and new storm sewer construction on S. Chestnut St., W. Fifth St., W. Fourth St., S. Mulberry St., W. Sandusky St., N. Mulberry St., N. Pleasant St., E. College St. and Mt. Vernon Ave. It includes 2,289 FT of new storm sewer, 27 new drainage structures, 480 SY of concrete pavement replacement, 709 SY of asphalt pavement replacement, and 31 SY of aggregate pavement replacement. The estimated cost of construction is $528,000.00. Separate sealed bids for the Sewer Separation Phase 9-11 in the Village of Fredericktown, Ohio will be received by Bruce Snell, Village Administrator, at 2 E. Sandusky Street, Fredericktown, Ohio 43019, until 10:00 AM, local time, Tuesday, June 7, 2022, and then, at said office, publicly opened and read aloud.

Pursuant to CDC Covid-19 guidelines, contractors will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents. If you would prefer a hard copy be mailed, we will do so upon receipt of payment in the amount of $50.00 per set, along with your UPS or FedEx account number so that shipping charges can be applied to your account. Checks shall be made payable to K.E. McCartney & Associates, and all documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
